Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (flexible for the right candidate)

- Manage employee benefits accounts, focusing on groups with 2-50 lives
- Proactively produce and secure new business opportunities to drive company growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to discuss benefits solutions and strategies
- Utilize software tools such as Agency Book or BenefitPoint to manage accounts and track progress
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide clients with up-to-date advice and solutions
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in producing and securing new business in the employee benefits sector
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Agency Book or BenefitPoint software is preferred
- Licenses/Designations: Relevant certifications or licenses are preferred but not required
- Soft Skills:
- Professional demeanor and communication skills
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
