The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and growing their book of business while contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience)

- Service and grow an assigned book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients.
- Provide expertise in fully insured and self-funded health insurance, consumer-driven health plans, long and short-term disability insurance, dental and vision insurance, long-term care insurance, life insurance, Section 125 plans, voluntary benefits, employee assistance programs (EAP), and wellness programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for quoting new and renewal business.
- Contribute to a positive and friendly team environment, aligning with the company’s culture.
- 5-10 years of experience in employee benefits, with a proven track record of servicing and producing.
- Life and Health (L&H) license required.
- Experience with EPIC software preferred.
- Familiarity with carriers such as Cincinnati, Pekin, Travelers, Hastings Mutual, The Hartford, EMC Insurance Company, Westfield Insurance, Utica, State Auto, Philadelphia Insurance, Encompass, Grange, ICW Group, Employers, Progressive, Safeco Insurance, and Foremost Insurance Group.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fully insured and self-funded health insurance, consumer-driven health plans, and other employee benefits.
- Positive, upbeat, and friendly demeanor with the ability to integrate seamlessly into a collaborative team environment.
