Compensation Package
- New Haven Location: Base salary up to $50,000 commissions on new business (2% of agency premium, paid one time).
- Wellington Location: Base salary up to $55,000 (absolute cap; $40,000–$50,000 preferred) commissions on new business (2% of agency premium, paid one time).

- New Haven Location:
- Serve as a generalist CSR, managing a variety of tasks including reviewing and writing new business.
- Handle a round-robin workflow and address day-to-day needs as they arise.
- Manage a book of business with a premium size of $3.2 million.
- Wellington Location:
- Perform CSR duties with additional producer responsibilities.
- Manage a book of business with a premium size of $2.7 million.
- Work closely with a senior producer and adapt to a structured yet dynamic environment.
- Handle personal lines, commercial lines, and farm accounts.
- Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and team members.
- Utilize the EPIC agency management system to manage accounts and workflows.
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- New Haven: Open to candidates with less than 5 years of experience; early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Wellington: Preference for more experienced candidates who can work effectively in a demanding environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with the EPIC agency management system is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Hawksoft or similar systems is acceptable.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with clients and team members.
- Adaptability and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills to manage workflow volume effectively.
