Compensation Package
- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
- Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
- Manage and grow a mix of personal and commercial insurance accounts, including high-net-worth individuals and small to mid-sized businesses.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, processing policy changes, and resolving issues promptly.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the agency's $4 million premium book.
- Quote new and renewal business, with a focus on new business until a personal renewal portfolio is established.
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance sales or service. Experience with Safeco, Travelers, Hartford, Foremost, or Progressive is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with EZLynx software is preferred but not required.
