As a Commercial Lines Producer, you will focus on developing new business opportunities and managing small to mid-market accounts. This position is hybrid, with a mix of in-office and remote work, providing the perfect balance of flexibility and productivity.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 annually (flat salary until self-sustaining, with commission opportunities thereafter)
- 401(k): 3-5% company match
- Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, long-term disability (LTD), short-term disability (STD), and a Health Savings Account (HSA) with a $5,000 deductible (50% covered by the company)
- Paid Time Off (PTO): Approximately 15 days, plus 5 sick days and holidays
- Work Schedule: Hybrid model (Monday, Wednesday, Friday in-office; Tuesday and Thursday remote; one additional remote Friday per month)
- Develop and manage a portfolio of small to mid-market commercial accounts, with a focus on new business acquisition.
- Generate leads through cold calling and leveraging a paid lead service.
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service and solutions to clients.
- Work with a variety of carriers, including Cincinnati, Travelers, Grange, Liberty Mutual, Progressive, Chubb, and Hartford.
- Utilize AMS 360 software for account management and documentation.
- Participate in a 30-day training program to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance preferred; 5 years is ideal.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong integrity, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
- Location: Must be based in Ohio, with a preference for candidates in metro areas such as Cincinnati. Open to candidates in Kentucky as well.
