Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Commercial Lines Producer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the insurance industry, with a focus on commercial lines. This role requires strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively grow the client base and increase revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in need of commercial insurance coverage.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, decision-makers, and industry professionals.
• Collaborate with underwriters and risk management specialists to develop tailored insurance solutions for clients.
• Effectively communicate insurance products, services, and coverage options to potential clients.
• Negotiate and finalize insurance contracts and agreements that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, changes in regulations, and market developments to provide informed guidance to clients.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience as an Insurance Producer, with a focus on commercial lines.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and industry best practices.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and proactively identify new business opportunities.
• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
