Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $20,000 ongoing producer salary.
- Commission Structure:
- 40% on new business.
- 30% on renewal business.
- Commission guarantee of $5,000 per month for the first two years (adjustable based on experience).

- Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule available (not fully remote).
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and community involvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and business partners.
- Quote and manage new and renewal business accounts.
- Expand existing accounts by identifying additional coverage needs.
- Actively participate in community events and networking efforts to enhance visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the management team and leverage inbound leads to meet production goals.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
- Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
- Licensure:
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred. Licensing and training will be provided if needed.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and business development skills with a "hunter" mentality.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HawkSoft or similar agency management systems is a plus.
