- Develop and present customized insurance programs tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with a dedicated account management team to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Utilize AMS360 to manage pipeline, submissions, and workflows efficiently.
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Florida 2-20 General Lines License (REQUIRED).
- Experience:
- Proven success as a commercial lines producer.
- Demonstrated ability to generate $100K in new business revenue annually.
- Experience structuring and presenting complex insurance programs.
- Strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 is preferred.
