Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package

• Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, plus 50% commission on new business.

Responsibilities

• Provide A-Z servicing for a generalist book of business, including mid-market accounts.
• Manage existing policies, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Quote new and renewal business, contributing to the growth of the book of business.
• Write new business policies and actively cross-sell additional products and services.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Department to meet team goals and objectives.
• Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active 2-20 license is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
