Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of small to mid-market commercial accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the quoting and renewal processes.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities

• Manage a generalist book of small to mid-market commercial accounts, including contractors, restaurants, golf courses, habitational properties, and professional lines.
• Handle quoting and renewal processes for new and existing business (50/50 split).
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with carriers, primarily Erie and Westfield, to ensure smooth policy management.
• Utilize SIS/PartnerXE software for account management and documentation.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an Account Manager in commercial lines (agency experience preferred; captive experience considered).
• Licenses: Active insurance license required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SIS/PartnerXE software or similar platforms.
• Soft Skills: Dependable, detail-oriented, and excellent customer service skills.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.
