Responsibilities
- Support and service an assigned Commercial Lines book of business
- Assist with renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and coverage reviews
- Support new business quoting and placement efforts
- Collaborate with Producers and internal teams to retain and grow client relationships
- Communicate with insurance carriers regarding renewals, coverage changes, and placement options
- Maintain accurate documentation and records within the agency management software
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
- Prior experience in Commercial Lines account management or servicing
- Solid understanding of generalist Commercial Lines coverages, including Property, General Liability, and Workers’ Compensation
- Experience working within an agency management software environment
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a high degree of independence
- Competitive base salary between $50K-$70K (depending on experience)
