Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Small Business Unit Commercial Lines Account Manager (SBU CLAM) to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in providing A-Z servicing for small business commercial lines accounts, including new business, renewals, and inbound client inquiries. The ideal candidate will work closely with outside producers and the dedicated commercial department team to ensure exceptional service delivery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a midsize agency specializing in commercial lines, with a focus on condo/HOA accounts.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 annually, plus a production bonus (approximately 1% of new/renewal premium brought in).
- Benefits:
- 85% of the base plan paid for medical insurance.
- 100% coverage for short-term disability (STD), long-term disability (LTD), and life insurance.
- Three weeks of paid time off (PTO).
- Remote work flexibility (up to five days per week for eligible candidates).
- Relocation Assistance: Open to considering relocation for the right candidate.
- Provide comprehensive servicing for small business commercial lines accounts, including non-profits, lessor’s risk, and contractors.
- Handle accounts with premiums under $25,000.
- Manage inbound client calls, leads from the frontlines, and collaborate with outside producers.
- Quote and process new business and renewals.
- Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Participate in a 30-60 day training period (onsite) to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Licenses/Certifications: Active 2-20 license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Epic software.
- Familiarity with a variety of industries.
