Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package offered
- Provide full-service account management for small to mid-market commercial lines accounts, excluding transportation.
- Handle all aspects of account servicing, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of policies, endorsements, and renewals.
- Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide the best solutions for clients.
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a focus on small to mid-market accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of commercial lines insurance products and services.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing accounts from A-Z independently.
