This is a hybrid position, offering a balance of in-office and remote work.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 annually
- 401(k): 3-5% company match
- Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, long-term disability (LTD), short-term disability (STD), and a Health Savings Account (HSA) with a $5,000 deductible (50% covered by the company).
- Paid Time Off (PTO): Approximately 15 days, plus 5 sick days and holidays.
- Work Schedule: Hybrid model – in-office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; remote on Tuesday and Thursday. One additional remote Friday per month may be allowed.
- Manage a book of business totaling over $3 million in premium, divided alphabetically among team members.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle a variety of accounts, including manufacturing, clubs, country clubs, and other industries.
- Collaborate with team members in a flexible, non-micromanaged environment to deliver exceptional client service.
- Utilize AMS 360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers, including Cincinnati, Travelers, Grange, Liberty Mutual, Progressive, Chubb, and Hartford.
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role managing commercial lines accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong integrity, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
- Location: Must be based in Ohio, with a preference for candidates in metro areas such as Cincinnati.
