This role is critical to maintaining and servicing a well-established book of business, primarily focused on middle-market accounts in industries such as construction, manufacturing, real estate, and property management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines account management and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This position offers a hybrid work environment with flexibility and occasional travel for special events.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available (details provided upon request)
- Equipment Provided: Laptop, dual monitors, and headset for remote work
- Manage a book of business consisting of approximately 100 policies, generating $500,000 in revenue.
- Handle policy changes, renewals, and servicing of accounts.
- Collaborate with producers to assist with renewals (no independent prospecting required).
- Work on accounts with premiums ranging from $50,000 to $100,000.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in industries such as construction, manufacturing, real estate, and property management.
- Utilize AMS360 management software (preferred but not required).
- Occasionally attend special events, such as holiday parties.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in middle-market commercial lines account management.
- Proficiency in commercial lines coverage and insurance practices.
- Relevant licenses or designations in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance are required.
- Experience with AMS360 management software is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a hybrid work environment (2-3 days in-office per week).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred.
