Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.
- Benefits: Blue Cross and Blue Shield Platinum health insurance.
- Profit Sharing: Available.
- Work Arrangement: Open to remote, hybrid, or in-office roles. Team lead roles may require more on-site presence with hybrid flexibility.
- Travel: Minimal, with potential travel once or twice a year for remote employees.
- Manage a book of business worth approximately $25 million, consisting of both commercial and personal lines (60% construction and energy-related accounts).
- Provide end-to-end servicing, including handling endorsements, audits, processing certificates, and making policy changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
- Quote and manage new and renewal business (70% renewal, 30% new business).
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues effectively.
- Contribute to the team by adding value and supporting growth initiatives.
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty license required. CIC, CISR, or CRM designations are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an agency setting preferred. Candidates with carrier experience will also be considered. Experience with construction and energy accounts is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software is required.
- Soft Skills:
- High level of integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn challenging client situations into positive outcomes.
- Organized and self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
