As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supporting higher-revenue clients with multiple commercial lines of insurance.
- Focusing on client retention and identifying growth opportunities within the existing book of business.
- Conducting client touch reviews to explore cross-selling opportunities, recommend additional lines, and suggest policy enhancements.
- Assisting with complex servicing tasks such as book rolls, renewals, remarketing, and supporting Account Executives with writing additional coverages on existing business.
- Collaborating with clients to gather necessary details, pull quotes, and provide information to agents for client presentations.
- Ensuring exceptional client service and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Additional designations are a plus.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in account management within the insurance industry, particularly in commercial lines.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with professional liability, employer practices liability, and working with clients such as doctors, dentists, and other professionals.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage in meaningful conversations with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing complex servicing tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and support Account Executives in achieving business goals.
