- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including handling renewals, endorsements, and claims.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, working to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with underwriters and carriers to negotiate the best coverage and pricing for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the insurance market.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation and data entry for client accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support business growth and retention efforts.
- 2 years of experience in commercial insurance account management or related field.
- Proficient knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid P&C (Property and Casualty) License is required.
