This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from small businesses to mid-sized organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial lines accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually (flexible, with potential consideration up to $90,000 for highly qualified candidates)
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including small businesses (up to $30,000 premium) and mid-sized accounts (up to $100,000 premium)
- Handle new business quotes, renewals, and some marketing for renewals
- Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Manager and other team members to ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize agency management software (Epic experience preferred but not required) to maintain accurate records and streamline processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed recommendations to clients
- Proven experience managing small to mid-sized commercial lines accounts
- Property and Casualty (P&C) license required
- Familiarity with agency management software (Epic experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, with the potential for remote work after the onboarding period
