Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Generalist Commercial Lines Account Manager. This role involves managing mid- to large-sized commercial accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, excellent client service skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day servicing of mid- to large-sized commercial accounts.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Quote new and renewal business as required.
• Collaborate with specialized departments (certificates, claims, proposals) to focus on client needs.
• Utilize software tools such as AMS360, ImageRight, Sagitta, WorkSmart, and Excel to manage accounts effectively.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: 5-6 years of generalist experience managing commercial accounts with premiums of $100,000 or more.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, AMS360, ImageRight, Sagitta, and WorkSmart.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and think critically.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
