The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines .
Compensation Package
- Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- Benefits:
- 100% employer-paid health insurance for employees
- Manage an assigned book of business, primarily small commercial lines accounts under $100,000 in premium.
- Provide A-Z account management, including policy renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries.
- Work with a variety of accounts, including contractors, produce haulers, buildings, and other generalist agency clients.
- Collaborate with producers and other account managers to ensure seamless client service.
- Utilize Applied Epic software for account management and documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Licenses: Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance (5 years preferred).
- Proven ability to manage a book of business independently.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work onsite during the training period and transition to a hybrid schedule thereafter.
