Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of business, including retail, commercial, construction, nonprofits, and workers' compensation accounts.
- Handle all aspects of account management, including endorsements, invoicing, billing policies, issuing binders and certificates, quoting, and re-quoting renewals.
- Focus on 80% renewal business and 20% new business.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and support.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Proficiency in AMS360 software.
- Experience managing a generalist book of business.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Salary : $10,000 - $80,000
