Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Lines/Trucking Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting a growing trucking business and ensuring exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial lines insurance, particularly in trucking, and will thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of trucking accounts.
• Handle client support, policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims assistance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients.
• Prepare RFPs for renewals and negotiate pricing and coverage enhancements.
• Cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
• Utilize AMS360 and ImageRight software for account management.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines insurance, with a focus on trucking accounts preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 and ImageRight software.
