Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Competitive, starting at $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Bonus Structure: Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Work Environment: Remote flexibility with monthly team meetings

- Lead new business marketing efforts, with a focus on larger commercial accounts ($75k revenue).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with carriers.
- Review and improve operational efficiencies to support organizational growth.
- Oversee agency accounting and track new business activity.
- Assist in hiring, interviewing, and training future Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and Account Managers.
- Provide leadership and foster team development.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement systems and processes to scale the organization.
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) License preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial insurance, with a focus on Construction, Real Estate, and/or Oil & Gas industries preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software and experience with clean submissions.
- Operational Expertise: Exposure to agency accounting and a strong focus on process improvement.
