This role is pivotal in managing a mid-market book of business, serving as the quarterback for accounts ranging from $150k to $500k in premium. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, exceptional organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $110,000 - $139,000 (Dependent on Experience)
- 401(k):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a mid-market book of business, managing 15-20 accounts.
- Handle accounts with premiums ranging from $150k to $500k, primarily generalist accounts with a focus on manufacturing.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with a team of 15 professionals, reporting directly to the AVP and President.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
- Travel as needed (approximately 25%) to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing mid-market accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software is required.
- Education: Relevant educational background in insurance, business, or a related field is preferred.
