Compensation Package
- Salary: $120,000 - $125,000 (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
- 401(k):
- Oversee the overall management of a portfolio of construction accounts, with premiums ranging from $100K to $1M .
- Supervise and mentor Account Managers and Junior Account Managers, delegating tasks effectively and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise.
- Handle renewals and remarketing efforts, including analyzing coverage and presenting options to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and underwriters to secure the best outcomes for clients.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff, sharing knowledge and expertise to support their professional growth.
- Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on construction accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction insurance and marketing strategies.
