The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts, including hotels, contractors, generalists, and a large manufacturing client.
- Handle account renewals, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for clients.
- Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to meet client needs and expand business opportunities.
- Provide personalized service to clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage "house accounts" and guide clients through the renewal process.
- Collaborate with carriers such as Westfield, Travelers, CNA, Western Reserve, and Liberty Mutual.
- Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Senior Account Manager or Account Executive handling renewals. Preference for candidates with 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is required.
- Soft Skills:
- Personable and client-focused.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively cross-sell and up-sell products.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable managing client relationships and providing tailored solutions.
- Other Requirements:
- Stable work history (no frequent job changes).
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to complete a 30-60 day training period.
