- Handle account renewals, endorsements, and policy changes in a timely and accurate manner
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- 3 years of experience in commercial insurance account management
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and underwriting guidelines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Active insurance license
