Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Actively produce and grow a book of business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner during client interactions and industry events.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Proficiency in using Applied EPIC software is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for client visits as needed.
