Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Placement Specialist to join a growing team.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience)

- Market both new and renewal commercial lines business to carriers.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with underwriters to secure optimal outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with producers to evaluate and guide them on quality business opportunities.
- Complete and submit ACORD applications and other required documentation.
- Provide support in quoting and binding new and renewal business.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and underwriters to ensure seamless account placement.
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines insurance, with a focus on marketing and placement.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and sales skills to effectively handle underwriters.
- Proficiency in completing ACORD forms and submitting applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with producers.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with EZLynx preferred; experience with EPIC is a plus.
- Account Types: Generalist experience preferred, with exposure to habitational and niche markets (e.g., trucking) is a plus.
