Commercial Lines Account Technician/Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level)

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Technician/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. The ideal candidate will provide essential clerical support to the production teams, assist with administrative tasks, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the operations. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to various production teams within the office
• Assist with print jobs, proposal binder preparation, and ordering loss runs
• Support application input into the Agency Management System (AMS360)
• Conduct Workers’ Compensation rating and other related tasks as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Education & Experience:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Familiarity with AMS360 software is required
• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred
• Skills & Attributes:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team player with a proactive, "go-getter" attitude
• Ability to adapt and learn new processes quickly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Other Requirements:
• Must pass a background check prior to the start date
• Availability to work full-time in the office
• Willingness to travel occasionally, if required
