Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Insurance Agent to join a dynamic and supportive team.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience) commission opportunities

- Service and manage existing commercial insurance accounts, focusing on contractors, beauty salons, and other small businesses.
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying and pursuing prospective clients.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and personalized service.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve agency goals and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Experience:
- Sales experience required, with the ability to demonstrate past production success.
- Insurance experience preferred.
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Language Skills: Spanish proficiency preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with insurance management systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
