Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to supporting a large and diverse book of business, focusing on renewals and servicing. The organization prides itself on delivering high-quality, community-focused service, supported by a specialized in-house claims representative and a team of virtual assistants to handle administrative tasks.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience).
• Incentives: 25% commission for personal and commercial lines brought in.

Responsibilities

• Manage a generalist book of commercial insurance accounts, including industries such as retail, law offices, cyber, professional services, contractors, construction, and trucking.
• Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting new and renewal business, policy changes, and client servicing.
• Collaborate with a team of virtual assistants for certificates and administrative tasks.
• Provide concierge-level service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
• Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of commercial lines servicing experience. Candidates must demonstrate stability in their career history.
• Account Size: Experience managing accounts with premiums up to $1 million, with an average of $200,000.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is preferred.
• Work Ethic: A proactive and client-focused approach to account management.
