Compensation Package
- Salary: Up to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance
- Provide high-level servicing and day-to-day management of middle-market commercial lines accounts, with a focus on real estate accounts
- Support the senior Account Executive and Director of Commercial in managing the largest accounts
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and account management
- Maintain and update account information using AMS360 software
- Participate in client meetings and training sessions as needed
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of commercial lines insurance experience, with a focus on middle-market or large accounts (50k to 300k in premium)
- Preferred Expertise: Experience with real estate accounts is highly desirable
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is required
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Education: Relevant educational background in insurance, business, or a related field is preferred
