Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 (on a draw)
• Benefits: While no formal benefits are currently offered, the company is willing to cover the cost of benefits for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Drive the production of standard personal lines insurance accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Proactively generate leads and close sales to meet and exceed production goals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges, including handling rejection professionally.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a one-person shop environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting with opportunities for advancement.
