Inside Claims Representative

Job Description

We are seeking an Inside Claims Representative. The role involves investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving claims, requiring a multifaceted approach and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess the extent of damages or losses for assigned property claims
• Collaborate with the Unit Manager to develop effective solutions for claim challenges
• Ensure thorough and timely resolution of each claim
• Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills in a collaborative atmosphere
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office and a customer-centric approach
• Exhibit a sense of ownership and solid analytical and decision-making skills
• Spanish speaking skills are a plus
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in adjusting residential and commercial claims or a combination of education and experience
• State applicable Adjuster’s license(s) required
• AIC and professional designation specific to claims are pluses
  
  

Day-to-day

The Inside Claims Representative will be responsible for thoroughly investigating and assessing property claims, collaborating with the Unit Manager, and ensuring timely and effective claim resolution. Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills are essential for success in this role.
