Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Insurance Producer to join a growing team. Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $45,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial insurance sales through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and centers of influence.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Work with a variety of industries, with a focus on white-collar sectors such as technology and engineering.
• Manage accounts with premium sizes ranging from $0-$20K and $20K-$100K.
• Utilize Epic software to manage client information and sales activities.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold its values in all interactions.
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance sales.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales in a competitive market.
• Experience working in retail insurance agencies or direct writers/captives (e.g., Nationwide, State Farm, Allstate) is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Epic software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
