About the Role
As a Wellness Coordinator, you’ll be the face of the clinic, helping patients feel welcome, supported, and excited about their wellness journey. What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Be driven, motivated, and eager to grow within the company
- Maintain a winning attitude and team-focused mindset
- Have at least 1 year of prior sales experience
- Be comfortable using computers, phones, and point-of-sale systems
- Be organized, adaptable, and able to multitask
- Communicate professionally and positively with patients and team members
- Feel confident in educating patients on chiropractic benefits, services, and membership plans
- Enjoy engaging in marketing and outreach efforts to attract new patients
- Be excited to share personal experiences and understand the importance of self-care
Primary Responsibilities
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Greeting, checking in, and assisting new and existing patients
- Making and receiving patient calls
- Maintaining accurate patient accounts and documentation
- Presenting membership plans and packages
- Reaching and exceeding sales goals
- Managing clinic flow and ensuring a smooth patient experience
- Scheduling new patient appointments and follow-ups
- Supporting basic cleaning and general clinic upkeep
