Sales and Wellness Receptionist

THE JOINT CHIROPRACTIC is looking for a friendly, outgoing and energetic Sales & Wellness Receptionist to work as a Wellness Coordinator at one or more of our locations in Chesterfield, Cottleville, O'Fallon, Creve Coeur and Des Peres. This position has the likelihood to develop into a FULL-TIME position and requires some Saturday and Sunday availability. Previous experience in sales and providing excellent customer service is a requirement.

Qualifications

• Professional with a winning attitude!
• Strong phone and computer skills.
• Articulate with great verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 1 year of previous Sales experience.
• Office management and/or marketing skills are a plus!
• Team player with a great work ethic.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Essential Responsibilities

• Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages to meet sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients, management and staff.
• Greet and welcome patients with courtesy and friendliness.
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an efficient and organized manner.
• Prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic.
• Professionally handle phone calls and interactions.
• Educate patients on wellness offerings and services.
• Re-engage inactive members.
• Share personal Chiropractic experience and stories.
• Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate.
• Recognize and support team goals and create and maintain positive relationships and work cohesively with team members.
• Participate in marketing/sales opportunities to help attract new patients into our clinics.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace.
• Keep management appraised of patient concerns and follow company policies and protocols.
• Able to work flexible days and hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
