Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day clinic operations and workflows
- Standard Wellness Coordinator duties
- Ensure operational policies, procedures, and systems are followed consistently
- Monitor staffing, scheduling, compliance, and clinic performance metrics
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions proactively
- Hold team members accountable to performance standards and deadlines
- Serve as a liaison between leadership, chiropractors, and front desk staff
- Support sales performance, patient flow, and overall clinic efficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience required
- Experience in operations, management, or clinic leadership preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback and driving accountability

- Starting pay: $20/hr - $25/hr depending on experience, full time
