The John Buck Company is currently seeking an organized, service-driven Tenant Services Coordinator to support daily operations and deliver an exceptional tenant experience within one of our premier commercial properties. This role is the heartbeat of the building’s customer service operation - ensuring communication flows smoothly, service requests are handled promptly, and tenants feel supported every step of the way.
Responsibilities are….
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, service requests, and general building communication.
- Enter, track, and follow up on all maintenance work orders through the property management system.
- Coordinate with engineering, vendors, and property management to ensure timely completion of repairs and building services.
- Assist with visitor management, access badges, parking registration, and building operations processes.
- Support tenants move-ins and move-outs, including scheduling, documentation, and communication.
- Maintain accurate logs, certificates of insurance (COIs), building documents, and tenant contact lists.
- Assist with building notices, newsletters, and tenant communication updates.
- Help organize on-site events, tenant engagement programs, and hospitality initiatives.
- Support the Property Management team with administrative tasks, invoice coding, scheduling vendors, and preparing reports.

- Understand building operations, tenant needs, and all key property management systems.
- Independently manage service requests from start to finish.
- Build rapport with tenants and become a friendly, trusted resource in the building.
Within 6 months this person will….
- Run day-to-day tenant communication with confidence.
- Support vendor scheduling and building operations with minimal oversight.
- Contribute ideas to improve workflow, communication, and tenant satisfaction.
Within 12 months this person will….
- Help shape tenant engagement strategy and building service experience.
- Demonstrate readiness to grow into an Assistant Property Manager role.
Growth Track
- Promotion path to Assistant Property Manager based on performance.
- Opportunities to expand into operations, leasing support, or project management.

Who you will be working with:
- You will report directly to the Property Manager.
- During onboarding, you will have regular check-ins with your manager and team for structured support and success.
- This role is highly tenant-facing and requires daily interaction with building staff, vendors, and visitors.
What we need from you:
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, office administration, or property management.
- Strong communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Excellent multitasking, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
- Comfort learning new platforms (Yardi/MRI, building work order systems, visitor management tools).
- Ability to stay composed and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- A teamwork mindset and genuine enjoyment of helping people.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with COIs, vendor coordination, or building operations is a plus, but not necessary—we will train you.
