🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
💲 Pay: $28.85/hour

Job Store PRO is actively seeking a hands-on Fabrication Supervisor to lead a dynamic manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This is a great opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about safety, quality, and team development.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee daily fabrication operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
- Coach, train, and develop team members through consistent communication and hands-on leadership
- Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing procedures and addressing concerns proactively
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and overall team effectiveness
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support production goals and continuous improvement
- Step in to support the Fabrication Manager as needed
- Maintain department equipment and ensure operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of manufacturing supervisory experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a diverse team
- Hands-on experience training fabrication employees
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective solutions
- Experience with ISO 9000/14001 or similar quality systems
- Knowledge of OSHA compliance
- Ability to analyze data and drive productivity improvements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MRP/E2 experience is a plus)

- Strong collaborator who can build relationships across departments
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
