The Jewelry Vault is a family-owned and operated boutique jewelry store specializing in diamonds, fine jewelry, and custom design. Our services include jewelry and watch repair, heirloom restoration, insurance appraisals, and more.
Since opening our doors in 2009, our mission has been simple: deliver an exceptional customer experience while building genuine, long-lasting relationships. We want every customer who walks through our doors to feel comfortable, confident, and truly cared for.

We’re seeking an energetic, friendly, and motivated individual who believes in our values, operates with integrity, and genuinely cares about understanding and meeting our clients’ needs.
In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in direct sales and customer relationship building within our jewelry showroom. As a small business, we value strong soft skills just as much—if not more—than technical experience. The right personality, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service are key to success here.
- Strong customer service skills

- Passion for—or enthusiasm about—selling jewelry
- Sales experience with jewelry, diamonds, or other luxury goods
- Knowledge of jewelry and/or watch repair
