Not a solo, figure-it-out-yourself environment.What You’ll Be Doing:Represent buyers and sellers throughout the transaction processHost 2-3 open houses per week using our proven systemsConduct buyer consultations and property showingsConvert in-person conversations into appointments and active clientsWrite and negotiate offers in competitive marketsFollow defined scripts and workflows for lead intake and follow-upWork directly with leadership on deal strategy and executionHow You’ll Get Business:We do not rely on cold calling lists or vague “networking.”Our team runs open houses at scale:Up to 9 open houses per week across the team1–2 meaningful conversations per open house8–12 new buyer leads per agent per week, on averageThis is face-to-face business with motivated buyers.Training Support:Every agent receives structured, in-person training, including:Required roleplay and scripting sessions in the officeWeekly sales training every WednesdayRequired in-office sales meetings focused on executionStep-by-step training on:Lead intake and appointment settingBuyer consultationsShowing property the right waySelling yourself during the consultOffer strategy and negotiationFor your first three transactions, you work one-on-one with Sven Andersen, President CEO, with over 24 years of industry experience.
