Your Opportunity as the Coordinator, Appointment Setting
Seeking a dynamic and results driven coordinator to join our Delivery Appointments Team. The role is instrumental in managing delivery appointments by aligning requested delivery dates, appointment availability, and customer order requirements. This position addresses in-transit order issues and handles appointment rescheduling as needed. Responsibilities also include overseeing automation exception management, monitoring BOT performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related concerns. Additionally, the Coordinator is expected to identify and implement process improvements that enhance on-time delivery performance metrics.
Location: Orrville, OH Corporate Office
Work Arrangements: Hybrid - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires

In This Role You Will
- Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments, update order management systems, resolve exceptions, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate resolutions.
- Identify and support enhancements in workflows and automation, provide feedback, and develop exception management processes.
- Partner with automation teams to improve workflows, troubleshoot BOT errors, and maintain system mapping files.
- Assist in identifying and communicating orders needing rescheduled appointments to ensure timely delivery.

Minimum Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work on a cross-functional team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and conceptually, including clear analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to adjust to non-routine tasks and quick changes to priorities
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Great attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy
- Transportation experience
- CPG industry experience
- Experience with data visualization tools
