What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Manager for Residential Setting with Individuals with Developmental Disabilities position at ST. JOHN'S VILLA?
Scope of Responsibility:
- Supervisory role for Direct Support Staff.
- Develops, monitors and modifies daily schedules for the home, including community outings, passing medications, home visits, staff schedule, etc. Ensures adequate staffing needs are in place 24/7. Serves as backup coverage for direct care staff, when necessary.
- Schedules and attends Individual Service Plan (ISP) meetings. Follows- up with staff members and other departments on supports and services per ISP.
- Communicates effectively, issues or concerns regarding individuals with appropriate team members; communicates with healthcare coordinators, service coordinators and guardians/family members as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.96 - $19.96 per hour
