Role Description

This is a contract role for a Licensed California Real Estate Agent at The Ivy Group, located in Fremont, CA with a hybrid work setup including some work from home. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties. Daily tasks include market research & valuation, property showings, client consultations, structuring & negotiation of deals, and collaborating with other team members and professionals to close transactions. Maintaining excellent service and supporting clients through all stages of the real estate process is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid California Real Estate License
• Excellence in Client Service and Sales
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Excellent negotiation and transparent communication skills
• Proficiency in using real estate technology and data analytics
• Professional Real Estate designations such as SIOR, CCIM, or a related field is beneficial
• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial real estate is a plus
