It's easy to bet on someone with a track record. It's much harder to bet on someone early on in their journey. In the beginning of my career very little people believed in my capabilities. Today, I am a team leader and I now bet and invest early on in real estate agents because I remember when I first became a realtor, I did not have a track record nor did I have anyone to guide me. I'm passionate to provide my agents with all the guidance and tools they need to be successful.

We are looking to hire 1-3 Real Estate Sales Professionals to join our growing team. This is a licensed position and would require you to work closely with our staff and current, attend team functions and training, and use team systems, which are all necessary real estate agent activities and responsibilities that lead to an overall excellent experience for you and clients.

You'll receive hands-on coaching from myself and our staff, who are themselves highly experienced agents. You'll be invited to all our team events, training, and functions, and you will have the blueprint to becoming a successful full-time Real Estate Agent by the end of your first year.

We are looking for somebody who doesn't quit and has an abundance mindset, - someone who is coachable, and internally driven to be the best version of yourself! You may be a single agent, a new agent, an experienced agent, an agent coming over from another team, or somebody from another industry it doesn't matter. As a member of our team, you will receive your own full-time transaction coordinator, access to our marketing coordinator, world-class client management CRM, full-time assistance, hands-on training, weekly meetings, regular 1 on 1's, and marketing/social media coaching.

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Present yourself in a professional manner
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings if needed
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Sales experience is plus
