What You'll Do- Collect and organize used dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
- Load, operate, and unload commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Properly clean, sanitize, and store kitchen items according to health department standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dish area and kitchen.
- Assist with trash removal and general kitchen cleaning duties.
- Support the culinary team by ensuring clean equipment is always available during service.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Assist with additional kitchen duties as assigned.
- Hardworking, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Professional, enthusiastic, and positive demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Prior back-of-house experience is helpful but not required.
- Interest in learning kitchen operations and pastry techniques is a plus.
