Join Our Morning Kitchen Crew – AM Line Cook
Are you passionate about great food, fast-paced kitchens, and being part of a team that takes pride in every plate? We're looking for an experienced and motivated AM Line Cook to join our HIGH-VOLUME kitchen culinary team.
As an AM Line Cook, you'll play a critical role in setting the tone for the day, preparing high-quality menu items, maintaining a clean and organized station, and supporting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
What You'll Do- Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies
- Prepare ingredients for service including vegetables, proteins, sauces, and more
- Execute menu items with consistency, quality, and speed
- Follow recipes, specifications, and direction from the Executive Chef and Sous Chef
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Properly stock and rotate inventory
- Ensure food is prepared and plated accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture
- Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or restaurant cook
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable, punctual, and team-focused attitude
- Understanding of industry best practices and food safety standards
- Culinary school training is a plus, but not required
