Key Responsibilities
- Greet all guests (internal and external) in a friendly, professional manner and in
- Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Provide exceptional guest service and respond to requests promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by following through on all needs and concerns
- Share information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and payment information
- Handle in-house account balances and notify management of concerns
- Balance cash, credit card transactions, and shift reports
- Maintain daily logs and checklists
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments (Housekeeping,
- Follow all safety and operational standards
- Maintain a high level of professional appearance and consistent attendance
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and consistently exemplify company
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Regularly stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods
- Frequently reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must have close and distance vision, color vision, and focus ability
